Attachment (aka addiction, dependence) to any substance (alcohol or drug) can be hard to control or overcome. I offer an eclectic approach that is client-centered. I start wherever you are comfortable, and we work from there. Along with my title, I can help you with other mental health factors like Stress, Anxiety, and Depression in your personal life or in the workplace. My activities stem from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy.
